Iris describes herself as a web designer with the soul of a librarian. Standard-compliance, universal accessibility and usable information structures are her priorities.

Iris is a ballroom and latin dance instructor, has a degree in Library and Information Management and has been working as a web developer since 1998, largely for academic and non-profit organisations and on EU project websites.

She has developed a special expertise in accessibility and standards. She also offers accessibility audits, accessibility training for web designers and workplace ergonomics consulting to computer users.

...and dance lessons, of course.
